For the big brain players that like manipulating the top of their deck and gaining strong effects from it. Tutor and mill the top of your deck with both raids and gain powerful offensive or defensive effects based on what card it is!
Strengths: Strong and versatile finishers with Chihiro raid, 2ap Samura allows for strong recursion and aggressive plays, and Iori raid can allow for strong defensive value, sees a lot of the deck
Weaknesses: Requires a lot of thinking and setting up your deck multiple turns ahead, raids a lot so board can thin out quick, and some cards like Iori Raid and special can't be played without Chihiro on board

Weaknesses: Action economy is tight with Pay 1 AP effects, can be a little too reliant on Kyora to activate effects, requires some setup for board to be built
